A week exploring the Maine coast aboard the Wanderbird ... from Belfast to Seal Island, Isle Au Haute, Swans Island, Buck's Harbor and Rockland. Many of the landscapes are High Dynamic Range (HDR) sets of three exposures processed in Photomatix. Most eiders, razorbills and all the puffins were shot from the Wanderbird's skiff cruising around Seal Island. Even from the skiff the 500mm and 100-400mm lenses were the main tools for birds.
